The Silver Beaver Award was introduced in 1931 and is the highest honor a Council can bestow upon a volunteer. Recipients of this award are registered Scouters who have made an impact on the lives of youth through volunteer service.
When complete, this nomination form must be submitted to the District Awards Committee a timely manner.
